I would think any PCAOB audit would already include the technical analysis of the mines (unrelated to the recent grade reports) and also getting everything that they need to be fully reporting together, but I am not an expert so I don't know.

But to say it isn't happening because they didn't already have reports on hand that usually only fully reporting companies have makes no sense.
