? Again, you don't seem to understand how this works. No market maker is quoting their own positions. There is no market being made. All orders are individual customer orders:

And finally, saying the stock price is down 99.5% is a little off..don't you think? That inflated unrealistic high price happened over 3 plus years ago during the covid stupidity.
