That's absolutely false. They went in detail through court testimony of how the checks got signed. The checks were drafted in his New York offices, then Fed Ex delivered them to the White House along with current invoices. The checks were then hand signed by Trump and sent back to NY to be delivered to Cohen and ohers...

That was the way all his business was done which is fairly interesting considering he was supposed to give up his business interests and put it into the hands of Beavis and Butthead. Apparently that was all a lie as well and he was running his business the whole time he sat in the Oval. I think that was one tidbit that kind of got overlooked in all of this.. Nothing like a guy who's committing fraud from the resolute desk but I wouldn't expect anything less from that con man.
