Did I select the wrong loser concerning the other forum? Are you a dirt "Artiste"?

We use to call it "patting someone on the butt" when you had to deal with an unhappy customer in retail. Sales would take turns in an effort to assist someone IF they were reasonable. Is that needed here? Are we not Adults?
