Hello All,
Attached is a press release regarding the filing of our latest financials. We filed our Q1 and our 2023 10k late and we have never done that before. We have a new auditor and I am sad to say that they may have been a bad choice. We expect to resolve those issues for Q2. Although we are reporting a loss for the first quarter of 2024 we expect the 2nd quarter to be extremely good. We wrote down some receivables at year end 2023 and most of those have already been recovered and we expect that revenue to be added back in the 2nd quarter. We are excited about our new Boca Raton location which should be operating in June. With this addition we expect the 3rd quarter to be extremely strong.
