Everything you say is correct as we await the paper work. The unofficial vote is going to mirror the final most likely as the billionaires from Hong Kong control this. The only difference is that this is not a Chinese company as it is domiciled in Hong Kong. But smartly, the new headquarters will be incorporated in Delaware with headquarters in Los Angeles. A lot of excitement ahead here… just need some paperwork confirming it is set in stone
