MY BET - the judge WILL NOT ACCELERATE THE MOTION CALENDAR after today....meaning this SHIT SHOW gets "calendered" on the REGULAR OPEN SLOTS which can mean MONTHS just to get a receiver appointed and/or the judge gives them a list today of "YOU PICK FROM THESE 5 RECEIVERS ON MY LIST" else take your ball and hit the road.....something like that......

The docket/calendar "might" update after close of court today - or it might take to Monday being how it's Friday and the hearing is late in the day at 1:30 PM vs say 9 AM.....so it may take to Monday to see WTF the motion calendar and minutes and jazz say.....we'll know soon though......

I'm gonna "bet" a YEAR minimum.... at EXPERT MARKET for this POS and that is "if" it EVER leaves the Expert in under too many yrs to count - like has to go dead and dormant until a looooong time from now is my wager.....AND if if if Rosen-SCUM somehow wrangles this SHIT SHELL he'll 100% WIPE OUT the existing baggie holder base.....
