It is now a very common and a "Customary courtesy" for a judge and The Court to give a day's notice of "MY TENTATIVE RULING" so as to make motion hearings move faster AND to give those w/o any "reason to be there" a chance to skip court AND for those with gripes to HAVE YOUR SHIT TOGETHER as this is what I the Judge am about to rule....blah ...blah....blah....it's to SAVE COURT TIME and move things along.....

Judge Maas just put out a HUGE RED FLAG SIGNAL that I plan to DENY STRICKLAND and it's because YOU DID THIS EX PARTE FAST-MOVE SHIT and don't give me a single damn reason why THIS GUY hand picked by one-side only and NO other debt holders or any other interested parties should be "the guy"....let alone....Strickland show ZERO experience as a "Court Receiver" when in a area like San Diego that court probably has a dozen or more local attorneys/law firms who do nothing BUT act as "Professional neutral 3rd party receivers for the court" and I'd bet have done it for Judge Maas dozens of times....

NOT some Yahoo ass clown Strickland who ain't even "local" to the area or "the Court" and has ZERO experience as a professional court receiver or arbiter etc - it's an entire specialty.....NORMAL process is for the party(s) to submit a list of say 3 to 5 KNOWN RECEIVERS and then The Court aka The Judge (Honorable Earl Maas, III) in this case picks one......and NOT also adding:

"Yo bro judge dude - $5K should cover it as this Strickland dude he bes workin fo me - Brett Rosen so it's all down n cool dudes".....BULLSHIT ALERT !!

NO MONEY AMOUNT should ever be PRE-STATED ....in a damn ...."motion for receiver".....as it shows "intent" that the dude is NOT NEUTRAL as how the hell can he know what it will cost when NOTHING has been "looked at" as to the interested parties....debts owed....possible people with claims/judgments other than Rosen-SCUM...bank accounts...what assets exist...what kind of forensic accounting will be needed....and about a literal 100 "other" issues that RECEIVERSHIP entails...as it's literally BK...without "quite" reaching actual BK....it ain't simple and it ain't "fast" as Rosen-SCUM has been lying and hyping......!!!
