I do take offense a known PROMOTER like you continue to distort facts:

"The joint venture provides that Mr. Campanella will provide the working capital to operate Sun Pacific Power Corp.’s solar sales operations for a period of up to 4 months."

Campanella claims HE was providing the working capital, yet he wants to issue shares and profits to his WIFE'S realty company?? This is the hallmark of a FRAUD, smoke and mirrors and zero results.

Where is Campanella getting funds to fund these operations, he's failed in every other business venture. Let's subpoena his bank records and see the proceeds from the pump and dumps.

You claim Campanella's wife is a successful business woman that surround herself with other successful people. Where is the proof of this statement?? there's no record of a sales team and zero sales and zero revenue, these are FACTS.

You continue to distort the FACTS:

- FACTS are zero solar product sales has been reported in two plus years.

- FACTS are Campanella can't show a "sales team" that was actually hired.

- FACTS are Campanella failed to produce a factory despite a fake, staged "site visit" and that site was never under contract.

- FACTS are Campanella is a known conman named in a federal criminal indictment, who in 8 years has not produced a single solar product or sold one.
