RichieBoy, let me show you what a Shareholder Update would look like and non of it in any way breaks the Non Disclosure... I have to give you credit for this update because you wrote most of it.

To The Shareholders of Durham Black

Since completing the merger between Affluence and Durham Black we have been asked by shareholders on the status of the upcoming formation of DigiBriks. First off I want to let everyone know we are working very hard to get the three companys currently under the LOI into DigiBriks. Once this is completed DigiBriks itself will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Durham Black, as stated in the April 9 Press Release. Due to the fact that all parties are still currently under the restrictions of a signed NDA much of the information can not be disclosed. I can tell you this there are many situations that are coming together to get the formation of DigiBriks completed. Those tasks include the following:

1. _Regulatory approvals_: Waiting for approvals from regulatory bodies, such as the SEC, FTC, or antitrust authorities.
2. _Due diligence_: Conducting thorough reviews of financial, legal, and operational aspects of the merging companies.
3. _Integration planning_: Developing plans for combining operations, systems, and personnel.
4. _Contract negotiations_: Finalizing agreements with customers, suppliers, or partners.
5. _Financing arrangements_: Securing funding or refinancing debt for the merged entity.
6. _Shareholder approval_: Obtaining approval from shareholders of both companies.
7. _Legal or regulatory challenges_: Addressing legal or regulatory issues, such as lawsuits or compliance concerns.
8. _Cultural alignment_: Ensuring a smooth cultural fit between the merging companies.
9. _System integration_: Integrating IT systems, software, and infrastructure.
10. _Change management_: Managing the transition and communicating with employees, customers, and stakeholders.

As we near the completion of this deal we will keep you updated and look forward to announcing when the deal is signed and the new company is up and running.

Its an update and its just a reasurence from the company that things are still on track .... put something along those lines out and we see 05 and higher in two days with continued daily volume increasing as word spreads. Now not all of your list would be a part of it but you get the picture.
