No tech industry is ever going to move to a state like yours where education is basically non-existent, teachers and doctors are fleeing, hospitals are closing, women can't find an OBGYN and are guaranteed to die if god forbid they need an abortion. Tell us Karnak, why would any educated person move to WV?
