That was a full business update about the company and its expansion and really had nothing to do with what OneMind has been doing... I think its very safe to say that a company the size of OneMind... 20+ employees and a Edge partner to Dell has had no work since last year, they have been working there is no doubt about that. ..In the past we were informed each and every time OneMind had a new contract all the way up to Mid December 2023 Since then we have not heard one thing no updates on the South America project nothing on the one going Saudi contract They are a public company and need to address the public... Want to keep a news black out, go private ... They are not all just sitting in their offices having coffee and doing a summer break and bringing in no revenue... For over 2 years they did projects all year long and updated each project... no summer breaks no 6 month quiet period...
I had a lot of high hopes that Patrick would be more open with shareholders once he took over... I personally have a problem with the fact that you can not go to a page on LinkedIn and not see where he has liked something or commented on something...most of it from the sector his new company is in... but he cant do a Shareholder update on where we stand with Contrivian and the other 3 LOI... and saying we intend to continue with the agreements for the acquisition of the three other companys... and they are acquisitions not mergers... with no specifics is simple what Lisa has done at her company.... He needs to step up and address his shareholder base.
Now I am talking about just this one subject not the whole company and where its headed... they are building a fantastic company with great people... I am just talking about their lack of communication.... and thats bad optic for a company that wants to say its going to be a leader in connectivity... when your not even connected to your own shareholder base.
