CNNA is not a shell, and never was.

The SEC's recent execution of a massive auditor, Borgers, who was a major NYSE & Nasdaq stock auditor, that only had a few OTC stock customers, that CNNA used last year for the 2 year audit is now dead,and so finally, obviously was one of the problems CNNA was gagged by the SEC.

Scams do not build the company while in EM market. They vanish. CNNA now has 4 easy to find Prodigy subsidiaries that CNNA owns that were not yet owned in the 2023 2 years of audited fillings.

The fact the stock has maintained prices 4-7 times the low last year, while in EM status speaks volumes.
