they have an ex SEC attorney on staff. Fred and Ivan were traders adn mm's. They consulted public companies about being public companies. They should know what the listing requirements are of public companies. I believe they did knwo and they just chose not to tell the shareholders.

I'm not betting money on their delisting date. No way I could even if I wanted to.

I think it is the shareholders right to know if their company is compliant with listing requirements or not. Fraudulent companies won't tell them. NASD should tell them. They should put out a list of final notification letters. Leaving it up to the companies is not right.
