I bought 500k shares at average price of 3 cents in fall almost 2 years ago and I have added to that here and there mostly when it fell back between 12 and 15 cents. I made a few small buys yesterday but nothing huge. When I first started buying eltp it was for shyts and giggles but I liked the turn around in Financials and the possibilities of huge gains from nominal investment but now eltp is my 7th largest holding having just over 800k shares now. I was here 10 years ago when it made its run to .96 but at that time I only had 118k shares bought at around .08. I sold on the pull back in the .80 to .90 range but kept elite in my watch list. Fall of 2022 I stuck my toe back in.

I think considering the CEOs age and number of shares he has he will be looking to get Elite in a position to be bought in the next couple years. That's what I would do.
