Let's not forget Grace Park stiffing the landlord of the offices/classrooms the Park's used for their Educational endeavors (one of the E's in JP3E) for something like $180,000, and then having legal action taken for her to vacate the premises (she stayed for almost a year after she started not paying rent).

--would that be her Honors Review Princeton LLC? (incorporated 5/2/2006 NJ Business Entity ID 0400130497). Seems the two were trying to peddle tutoring to people wanting green card visas back then.
