IGEN is just an elaborate share-selling scheme where Chan was a necessary part of the scam. He lent his name for a long time and pretended to make announcements and plans which at first, worked quite well. But as the years passed and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ever materialized, the pumps were less and less effective. Now they stopped pumping (and reporting) altogether, and the price reflects the value Mr. Market had put on IGEN.
