Off topic: I only had a very elementary course in Latin at the University of Oslo during 1964. It was compulsory for those who wanted to study languages at the highest level. I chose English and wrote a thesis on the literary criticism of the satires of Alexander Pope. I then noticed that American literary critics used a more learned way of expressing themselves than critics in the U.K. In sociology the terminology is demanding but what is expressed may be commonplace -this was the American way.
On topic; I also noted the following: "Let's not forget Grace Park stiffing the landlord of the offices/classrooms the Park's used for their Educational endeavors (one of the E's in JP3E) for something like $180,000, and then having legal action taken for her to vacate the premises (she stayed for almost a year after she started not paying rent)." Another red flag, and another factor ignored by the believers. Alas ...
I regard this as a quite big red flag. He does not seem to have been a very successful yman. Why will he suddenly be extremely successful?
