Share with us the quote to back that up. I'd say it's the roughly the 30-35% of people who support Trump; the very same people who think that there are very fine people on both sides when one side is marching and chanting that 'the Jews will not replace us', who ARE the racists.

Not ALL republicans are racist, but most racists vote GOP.
