Well, the company also did make another mistake in the latest financial report: the net asset or shareholder's equity should be -$26,445, not -$514,585! Therefore, it is very possible that the number of shareholders (5) is also a mistake because the Transfer Agent reported total 163 shareholders as of 11/23/2023!
