That makes no sense, as questions go. Trumpty snuggled up to our enemies, so of course they offered fewer of their challenges than usual. What he's done is kind of like what European countries did with Hitler. Appeasement.

Biden hasn't been having any serious difficulties, so I really don't take your point.
