You said you were going to find out who is stacking the ask. Did you do that? The only way the ask size goes down and we get rid of the 1's is that the company or money people have to make a concerted effort to buy up all the 1's. When the market realizes that 1's will be bought, they will stop selling or run out of 1's to sell. It all boils down to volume and doing it with buying. Back when the O/S was around 9 billion, myself and a group did that. We bought all the 1's up and caused a FOMO running the stock up to .0027. Of course now that we are at 31 billion O/S, it will take bigger pockets and/or the company retiring shares. When they added the 2.7 billion recently dashed my immediate hopes. I am only saying the obvious. No rocket science.
