The ceo saying he currently believes that $4 is obtainable without an r/s, isn’t the same thing as saying there will be no r/s. As usual people twisting statements for a narrative.

Wanna guess how many past otc ceos have stated an r/s isn’t in their plans or it’s not needed? Then destroyed all shareholders with a massive one at some later point.
