I’m going to write to my previous MM about what happening with our family Company. Maybe there is some more good news too on the horizon. I think I’m going to amend my filing and tell the trustee that I cannot find my shares and that I’m not paying the TA a 3% indemnity bond to replace the lost certificates. I just cannot find them. I wonder where they are? And why would the SEC return the $10,000 back to the company when I paid for the $10,000 out of my own personal account. The SEC is protecting investors and they collected a $14,000,000 civil penalty in the Borgers case. I think I’ll write to the SEC and show them my personal account expenditure showing that I paid Borgers $10,000 out of my own pocket. I predict our family stock price will rise substantially from here. Later my friends…..
