Yes that’s a good idea. This Paid Basherson here has to go.. He’s been holding this little stock back fo over six years with his continuous bashing of SRMX..He’s most likely working for an unscrupulous Hedgefund that’s Shorting SRMX..
Why don’t you draft up a Petition for all to sign and then submit it to the SEC who is in charge of Stock Basher activity on Message Boards..All they have to do is count his daily posts and it’s easiy to see he’s a manipulator..
Many days he posts 10 or more times and controls up to 80% of the days total posts…
They have the power to go into his posts and see what he’s been doing to manipulate the SP..all these years..
Additionally, He keeps referring to some posts I made several years ago about SRMX .I admit they were quite uncalled for but the reason was back then was the company was taking money from a quack lender I believe was called NorthStar .The loan terms went something like this as I recall..
.When the loan came due and if the company couldn’t pay NorthStar would take millions of shares at the lowest share price recorded in the past 20 days to repay their loan..This forced the company to have to issue millions of extra shares due to the low price they were getting per share .
Anyway that’s why I called both the company and NorthStar crooks because the dilution to Shareholders was horrific..
I also threatened to notify the SEC but as I recall never did..
So, draft up your petition and post it so we can all sign it before submitting to SEzc
