(oops, posted this twice by accident) PennyHoper, now that I've been reading this board...past and present...aren't there regulations against a CEO taking a pubco private and becoming the sole owner? >>

I'm not a securities attorney and I know I can Google it, but I'm asking because I assume you and others here have already done that DD. Wouldn't it behoove all of you to contact the SEC and ask if they have a division that can keep an eye on this CEO and make sure he isn't doing all of you dirty??? Or have you already done that? Thanks in advance.
