He may have to shift his inventory around to make ends meet and I think he is keenly aware of this. I do believe that he's smart enough to make logical decisions such as this for filing a Form 15. Why pay for a PCAOB Auditor when this stock is doing nothing. Next year we probably see a big difference. These current lawmakers are not for the benefit of the people. Money will flow again and so will pipelines.
