Those are pump-rooms typically, even if there's so-called "DD" being discussed, the idea is simply to convince others to pile in.

You're better off watching & believing price-action and ignoring the nonsense "DD" folks dig up.

DD is what convinces bag-holders to hold forever and even add into downtrends, while everyone else is selling to them.
