How much would it cost NSAV to get all the dividend shares registered? They have the money now. Hell, with the new found money, they could even buy back a couple billion shares. For $10 mil, at .05 per share, they could buy back 2 bil. Just do it NSAV. Can you imagine if they got it down to 1 billion? Mind boggling.
