On the worst day in the markets I can remember Cortex was accumulated......volume came in some from the big up days.I saw a bid of around 150,000 @ 1.68 round about 3:30pm est didn't get hit- I don't think a ton of this is lieing around to be sold. Just me.........rock on Neuro!
