If you want to cost the campaign money you can donate a penny if you charge it on a credit card because the credit card will charge a minimum amount and that's more than a penny. While credit card companies have told retailers that any amount can be charged many retailers put up signs saying minimum charge is $10 because it costs them money and eats away at their cost of goods sold as the charge on $10 could be $.30 at minimum
