Actually once you accept that VPLM's sole purpose is a share-selling scam designed to separate the greedy and gullible from their cash and give it to Malak, Inza and their chums, all the insider selling, all the dilution, the failure to file Form 4s, the inability to even read their own 10-K, it all makes perfect sense.
