Do not think so -- note that Cohen was convicted of
one count of causing an unlawful campaign contribution; and one count of making an excessive campaign contribution

no mention of payments to influence an election which is the guts of Bragg's case -- it could be the "unlawful campaign contribution" -- if Bragg convicts Trump of that, it will be an interesting appeal

my understanding is the feds have declined to charge Trump with these transactions
