jbog, thanks for the detailed response. Glad your test were good news. I will take a closer look. All I knew before your comment is that they are using miRNA modulation as their MOA. That mechanism certainly presents possibilities of treatment of a broad spectrum of diseases. A long time ago I had a colleague who found a puzzling phenomenon, where a region down stream of a C. elegans gene was affecting expression of a different gene on another chromosome. It was puzzling because the down stream region didn't code for a protein and his career suffered. He didn't get tenure so had to move on to another University. Once it was discovered that the downstream region he was working on coded for a small RNA (i.e. miRNA), it made his career take off. Lots of serendipity in science. As far as RGLS, RGLS4326 is their only drug in trials so far. Any idea when they project other areas they are working will enter trials? I guess I need to listen to the latest CC. Good luck.
