What? BBB?? What are you talking about? If you mean the Build Back Better Act, hey, God forbid we should strengthen our social safety net, especially to help children. The Build Back Better Act didn't get enough support from Republicans, and turned into the Inflation Reduction Act, which, however, did not incorporate any of the social safety net stuff.
