TA, apparently you and noneyabiz over there, along with madg and myself over here FOR YEARS have been sounding the alarm. Meanwhile, the company's revs have increased all the way up by about 150k (While expenses have gone up 105k) on income that is STILL UNDER 1 million (YOY), along with over 100 million shares of dilution in a 2 month period....and...some THINK there is a concerted effort here concerning stock price? Unbelievable! How many years has this been in existence? How many years has Bal been running this? How important is this product? And yet....can't even pull in a million in revs (not counting the cost to pull in those revs). Again, unbelievable....but then again it isn't.
And now we're probably going for 1 to 300 reverse, with a slight chance at a little less. I won't even begin to try and figure out WHY Maxim or whomever is ALLOWED to short shares from the outset when I've personally seen OTHER companies FORCE the lenders/ buyers to wait at least 6 months before selling. The simple question would be: why can SOME companies call some of the shots, and others can't? But then again, if you're always the victim.....
