I was thinking the same thing. The finances from back then were a mess.

Back in 2018 they filed a bunch of financials with the SEC for 2002-2004 to get SEC current. This could explain some of the delay if the older financials need corrections or revisions uncovered by the audit. Might be a longshot but isn't as crazy as it may sound.
