LOL, your right float matters if your a trader, not so much if your long. What really matters is total shares (O/S) as that is what is used to value a company and the only number that is used.

Nobody values a company based on the Float or DTC number, which many times are different numbers. With MDCE, DTC is actually lower than the quoted float number on the OTC site.

Why are you trying to discredit what is a standard in the market? Accept it and move on, as I do with your posts on the DTC number, I get it the number is going up. Now tell me how the DTC number affects the value of MDCE, as the O/S which is currently going down surely does. There is a reason that buy backs and share cancellations increase share price. Also an increase in O/S lowers share price. It really is a pretty simple concept.
