Just not when they are talking about killing dogs, goats and horses or jewish space lasers..

Tonight, Chris Hayes called Noem a "spree killer". And played excerpts from her audio book, which is read by her. In an excerpt I hadn't known about, it seems what she did that day upset a couple of her relatives, who were working nearby. Can't find it online...
