Per my understanding this ticker $SONG ""needed" a AUDIT like yesterday - I guess the SEC and/or FINRA was on their ass or both per X-Twitter etc.

And THIS is the rabbit ole Jake pulled out of the hat like magic ????

AND many online are saying the audit is NOT PCAOB or "SEC GOOD TO GO" etc which IMO sounds about right ?

I mean on the entire planet - and a "company" aka ONE MAN SHOW in FL he "manages" to get hooked up with a dude who's round-about way here was via Palestine to UAE to bum F New Hampshire and not so much as a $10 buck website with Wordpress OR a micro $200 a month "office" or much else to "find" him ???

HOW would you and I have found this dude IF we were running "PUBLIC TRADED COMPANY INC" - I mean really, THIS guy would have landed on our "Oh, here, here's the answer to our company audit issue" and NOT like one of literally 500 well recognized from small to mega sized "WE AUDIT PUBLIC COMPANY FIRMS" sitting in Miami and all over FL who've done literally 1000's of audits from OTC to the NASDAQ and SEC recognized names etc ?

It just doesn't smell right - a TINY STATE ...like "could" a dude by into a CPA license there and do these quick n dirty lil penny stock audits while he REALLY resides overseas - it can be Google voice + the reason it's a "corp agent for service" as his only address, etc.

I've got to find the link - I remember I found him "still in Palestine" which means IN THE MIDDLE OF A HOT WAR and a violent one at that !!!

I don't "get it" - something to me is "off" and I think the "bottom of it" can be found .

Word on the street is FINRA HAS THIS 1 for 500,000 REVERSE SPLIT on ice and "the audit" according to X and stuff is a big part of it, let alone has FINRA EVER ever ever approved a freaking 1 for 500,000 REVERSE SPLIT in their entire history also a GIANORMOUS MEGA RED FLAG ????
