So I start looking for this dude - he's like a Fugazi sort of ?

YES, NH shows a CPA license for this dude.

BUT - you put his name in Google and it's like he almost does not exist - sooo, you're telling me a FLORIDA BASED BIG STOCK COMPANY RUN BY A BILLIONAIRE JAKE NOCH "found" some almost non existent "dude" in freaking BUM F NH to audit them WTF ???

Like there has to be 5,000 firms in FL of all places who AUDIT STOCKS and shitty PENNY COMPANIES - literally BUT they go to obscure guy in NH on this odd-ball "WE NEED A AUDIT BAD" as the SEC and FINRA are on our ass etc !!

THAT is a "registered agent" !!! His CPA "business address" as in the dude don't even rent a crappy $200 buck lil office to "see clients" etc BUT he audits public companies ...ONE GUY..... ?????

It gets "worse" from there - he's just a GUY who shows residency in Palestine AND the UAE but sorta maybe "passed the NH CPA test" somehow and someway and thus IS THE AUDIT TRULY PCOAB CERT and SEC GOOD etc ???

That's how far I'd gotten - but the SMELL TEST lit off some pretty damn big RED FLAGS !!

Again - IN THE ENTIRE COUNTRY when ole JAKE "NEEDS A AUDIT and NEED IT QUICK AND REAL BAD LIKE" - he finds this "guy", like POOF ...how...why...again....FLORIDA aka MIAMI or anywhere else there's 100's of highly known firms to do a SEC quality audit like on every street corner BUT they end up with a dude who's "address" is his micro LLC registered agent and not much else ????

A dude who's been in Palestine and the UAE "recently" as his main addresses- it just don't pass muster IMO...I think we got some sort of babmboozle factor going on here ?

The entire "CROWD FUND LLC WE GETS YOUR AUDITS DUNN EASY PEASY" that got my alert up ASAP - and then I saw who signed the audit and COULD NOT FIND A WEBSITE or OFFICE or a damn thing - it's a ONE MAN SHOW "GUY" and got weirder as he was found to be in the UAE + Palestine of all places etc !!!
