Don't agree. That is cnn's indicator, their contention and it echos the far right propaganda that the US economy is failing and sinking.
What you want to view on it is your opinion. You can support cnn, that is your prerogative.
cnn sets it's parameters to the slant they want. My opinion is they chose whatever needed to get the 'fear' weight.

That to me is what they are trying to promote. A negative agenda. The conservative agenda.
