The orange loving bitch's invoking her never experienced 'jury instructions' that were considered unneeded and wrong and clearly a ploy to lock the prosecution into a lose lose position which was clearly seen from both sides is what made Smith give her a warning about going straight to 11th with it and she relented... then. But now it looks like she's pushing it through again. Will Smith pull the trigger?

It's like a garland slow mo. Most everyone on the street see cannon for what she is, and with no legal knowledge we stand around and ask "what's he waiting for?" which I think is a fair question by now. Obviously Smith has a plan, at least we hope so.
