Potential Revenue Opportunity
Several requests to post this slide Bob Eulau used to illustrate potential revenue opportunity. Uses blended market share and blended royalty rate for all products. It is purely hypothetical and for illustration purposes only (can't you hear him reciting a disclaimer...; )
So, if Revenues are $2B and Net Income is 20% of Revenues (conservative), at 100MM shares, it's $4 per share earnings. Or, more realistically, Net Income is 25% of Revenues...well, you can do the math.
Now, if Revenues are...
