I haven't seen or heard of one request from Don Moss or the other realtor to remove the photos of them or make any claims that they are false, edited by Nickolas Campanella on LinkedIn three weeks ago, to included Don Moss and the other realtor that shows they were in attendance on the day and at the time of the site visit.

We are all sure you and "your attorney" make Don Moss aware of them "wink' "wink"

The pictures are still there, and we know they were taken around January 16 2024 (posted on twitter)

Before your attorney supposedly contacted Don Moss initially, WITH his credentials, and claims Moss said he hadn't met Campanella yet.

And when the originator wrote SEC Boston to see if they acted on his complaint the SEC responded with
