Both the state of disrepair in red state roads and bridges and the need for rural broadband expansion assure that disproportionate flow of money.

Chip factory construction is so far running 50/50 red/blue. But the cap on insulin prices for Medicare diabetes patients tips the scale, pun intended, for more C&S funds toward red states.

You've also read that the economy disproportionally works better under Dems and GOPERS too often to be a coincidence. To the extent that red states have an economy, a rising tides lifts......
