Yes the Reorganized Parent is fully intact.

• 363&365 Sales.
• Retained Earnings.
• WMB and it’s Assets claim against the FDIC.
• Other assets I have listed.

Only the Retained Earnings are split 75/25% as I have already proven.
Class 19’s claims satisfied in full with a bonus by the Equity Community of Class 22.
