Since the filings told us the Elba contract has expired.
Is Solray a competitor of a non existent Elba Power Corp or it's replacement.
Time will tell.
If the CEO didn't have individuals approaching the companies partners misrepresentation themselves as FoxESS's buyers and as legal representatives of the SEC telling the partner they are investigating SNPW for fraud then maybe we wouldn't have this quiet period
