I differ on one thing: we do not know anything about the management of the 3 as yet unidentified companies.

The 3 companies we were told in the news release that the revenue was around $5 million and gross profit was about $1 million.
That is a feat to have completed in its self. As undisclosed as it may be i think Digibriks is being spearheaded by one of the undisclosed companies and i believe the leading officer(s) of that company may have a hand in leading positions in other companies also which is a feat to accomplish too.
I will agree i do not know anything about the management of 2 of them as of yet unidentified companies. Because i have a very strong hunch about 1 of them from my DD of public information
