Wouldn't say free of charge. It's a lot cheaper and time saver to reverse merger with a shell company that is already listed.

With international trade, it's important to have transparency, and being a public company with current fillings brings a lot of DD for potential customers to investigate who they are dealing with.

I'm sure they are holding stock in this company. With the symbol change and books complete the company will be building up equity and we shareholders go along for the ride.

Time will tell and so far I see no concern.
